Nad Al Sheba Mall, by Dubai Retail, has strengthened its growing dining line-up with the opening of Bkry, the experimental bakespace where the craft of baking takes centre stage.
Founded in Alserkal Avenue in 2024, Bkry blends tradition and innovation across a menu of unique pastries, freshly baked goods, artisanal spreads and jams, served alongside specialty coffee.
Marking the opening, four pastries have been created exclusively for Nad Al Sheba Mall. The line-up features the Ecuadorian Chocolate Brownie Croissant, layered with single-origin Ecuadorian chocolate brownie, hazelnut spread and candied hazelnuts; the Pistachio Swirl with Amaretto Croissant; the Cardamom Kouign-Amann, baked with a croissant-brioche hybrid dough; and the Honey Nougatine Croissant, filled with honey-almond frangipane, almond praline and orange zest.
The addition reflects Nad Al Sheba Mall’s position as a community destination, bringing residents and visitors together with a curated mix of retail and dining experiences throughout the year.
