Nestled within Address Sky View, Amelia continues to push culinary boundaries through bold flavours, premium ingredients and elevated technique. Leading the new menu are standout creations including the cold appetizers such as the Tarabagani Maki, featuring fresh king crab, Japanese mayonnaise and teriyaki, the Wagyu Nigiri served with kimchi sauce, and Cangrejo Real, a fresh king crab salad paired with gem lettuce and a ginger truffle dressing.
The hot selection welcomes Bacalao Nero, Amelia’s take on black cod tempura accompanied by Japanese tartar sauce, alongside Rizotto Kinoko, a rich mushroom risotto finished with truffle, adding comforting depth and richness to the refreshed menu.
To conclude, the dessert selection has also been expanded with two standout additions. Miso Banana Cake pairs hazelnut banana cake with vanilla ice cream, while Yuzu Tarta de Queso reimagines the classic San Sebastián cheesecake with vibrant yuzu and exotic sorbet.
