As part of this year’s highly anticipated Dubai Restaurant Week, organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), AMARU Dubai invites guests to experience its signature Latin American flavours through a specially curated three-course dinner menu, priced at AED 250 per person.
Taking place from 1st to 17th May, Dubai Restaurant Week offers diners the opportunity to explore some of the city’s most sought-after venues through limited-time menus, with AMARU presenting a distinctive Latin American dining experience.
Located in Souk Madinat Jumeirah, AMARU brings together bold Latin American cuisine with immersive design and a high-energy atmosphere. For the occasion, the venue has crafted a menu that showcases its signature dishes, offering a well-rounded introduction to its culinary identity.
Guests can begin with a choice of starters such as the Beef Empanada with tenderloin and ají amarillo, the flavour-packed Pacific Gold Ceviche with wild seabass and tiger’s milk, or the Shiitake Anticucho for a vegetarian option.
For mains, the experience continues with highlights including the 36-hour Asado Negro, a slow-cooked short rib dish rich in depth and flavour, the Patagonian Ancestral seabass, or the Eggplant a la Brasa, offering a refined plant-forward alternative.
Desserts bring the experience to a sweet close, with options such as the indulgent Dulce de Leche Fondante or AMARU’s signature churros served with dark chocolate and dulce de leche.
Set within AMARU’s striking interiors, enhanced by its signature 360° projection mapping and evolving music programme, the experience goes beyond dining – offering a multi-sensory dining experience that blends flavour, atmosphere and visual storytelling.
