Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 3:30pm, Chef Kelvin Cheung and his team offer a recurring weekend experience with a range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Guests can choose between two courses for 150 AED or a three-course menu for 180 AED, starting with signature dishes such as Rainbow Heirloom Carrots with smoked labneh and candied walnuts, or lighter options like Watermelon Tartar. Mains include favourites such as Char Siu Wagyu Short Rib Claypot Rice, Red Curry Baby Roasted Chicken, and the vegan Dan Dan Spaghettini, all delivering bold, layered flavours.
For those opting for three courses, desserts like the gluten-free Chocolate Pancake or Mango Panna Cotta offer a sweet finish, while beverage packages available for three hours provide the perfect way to extend the experience.
