On Thursday April 30th, Time Out Market will host an intimate, 8-seater wine-pairing dinner at the Editor’s Table in collaboration with REIF. The evening will feature a curated menu crafted by Chef Reif Othman, taking diners on a delicious journey of Japanese Kushiyaki with bold flavours and exclusive dishes.
Each course will be expertly paired with eight curated wine tastings, with a welcome drink served on arrival. Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by knowledgeable sommeliers from Cuvée, creating an immersive and interactive dining experience.
Guests will also have the opportunity to vote for the best wine pairing for each dish, with one sommelier ultimately crowned the winner. The Editor’s Table continues to spotlight a rotating lineup of chefs and wine experts, ensuring each event delivers a fresh and distinctive dining experience.
