Sexy Fish Dubai introduces Omakase Tuesdays, a new weekly dining experience centred around its curated tasting menus. Designed to showcase the depth of its Japanese-inspired cuisine, the concept invites guests to enjoy a refined, sharing-style experience during both lunch and dinner. With tasting menus starting from AED 650, guests who purchase one menu will receive the second complimentary, making it ideal for couples or friends.

Two distinct tasting menus – Nami and Yunikou are available, each offering a carefully curated progression of dishes that showcase the restaurant’s signature flavours and techniques. The Nami menu features highlights such as Crispy Rock Shrimp with Yuzu Mayo, Yellowtail Sashimi with Green Mandarin Ponzu, Crispy Duck with Watermelon Pomegranate, and a Sushi & Sashimi Platter, followed by mains including Tiger Prawn with Chilli & Lime, Caramelised Black Cod with Spicy Miso & Pomelo, and Spicy Beef Tenderloin, finishing with a selection of desserts.

The Yunikou menu begins with Oscietra caviar, alongside dishes such as Gochujang Glazed Milk Bun and Lobster Taco, followed by Bluefin Tuna Tartare, a Deluxe Sushi Platter, and Chilean Seabass with beurre blanc and caviar. The experience continues with A5 Wagyu Sirloin and concludes with signature desserts, offering a more refined interpretation of the tasting menu format.

A curated wine pairing is also available to complement the experience, enhancing each course with a selection of thoughtfully paired wines.

Set within the restaurant’s vibrant DIFC space, known for its striking interiors and energetic atmosphere, Omakase Tuesdays offers a more immersive way to experience the menu – balancing elevated dining with a dynamic, social setting.
