Sirene Beach by GAIA introduces a new collaboration with Don Julio 1942, set within its poolside setting at J1 Beach.
Curated by the culinary team and mixologist, the menu has been thoughtfully designed exclusively for this collaboration. A selection of cocktails and a dessert draw on the distinctive notes of Don Julio 1942, unfolding naturally within Sirene’s Aegean-influenced setting, where flavour and atmosphere come together effortlessly.
Set at the pool bar, it is conceived for a day by the sea, flowing from relaxed afternoons into early evening as the mood evolves. Rooted in simplicity and balance, it reflects a considered approach to taste and ambience.
Available throughout spring and summer, the Don Julio 1942 collaboration adds a thoughtful dimension to Sirene’s poolside offering, inviting guests to enjoy the setting at an unhurried pace. This marks the beginning of an ongoing series of collaborations, set to unfold throughout the year.
