lios invites guests to mark Greek Easter with a lively brunch experience on Saturday, 12 April, bringing together vibrant flavours, relaxed poolside energy and the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality.

Running from 12pm to 4pm, the Easter brunch offers a generous spread inspired by traditional Greek cuisine, reimagined with Ilios’ signature flair. Guests can expect a curated selection of meze, seasonal salads and hearty mains, alongside festive touches that honour the spirit of the occasion.

The experience features a colourful assortment of dishes, from beetroot hummus and tzatziki served with warm bread, to marinated Florinis peppers with caper berries and aged balsamic pearls, and traditional kolokithokeftedes with aromatic herbs. A classic Greek salad with barrel-selected feta sits alongside tyropita drizzled with Greek honey and sesame, while slow-cooked lamb leg with oven-baked potatoes and Easter rice anchors the menu with comforting depth.

In keeping with Greek Easter traditions, guests can also enjoy red-dyed Easter eggs symbolising renewal, alongside a dessert selection that includes Ilios’ signature amygdalopita, chocolate Easter eggs filled with bonbon surprises and traditional tsoureki cake.

Packages are available to suit every guest, with a soft beverage option priced at AED 222 and a house package at AED 278. Younger guests aged 12 to 18 can enjoy the experience for AED 148 on the soft package, while children under 12 dine complimentary.

Set against the backdrop of Ilios’ poolside setting, the brunch is complemented by a resident DJ, creating an upbeat yet relaxed atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from afternoon dining into a sun-drenched social gathering. Pool access is included, encouraging guests to linger and fully embrace the day.

To extend the experience beyond Easter, all guests will receive an AED 100 voucher redeemable at Nalu for breakfast until 31 May, offering a reason to return and continue exploring the group’s coastal dining concepts.
