Highlights include Wok Tossed Arabian Gulf Prawns and Crispy Whole Seabream Penang Style, sourced from regional waters, alongside hearty classics such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Kung Pao Chicken and Buttermilk Chicken Pretzel, made using locally farmed poultry.

Vegetarian dishes continue the celebration of regional produce with plates such as Burrata & Heirloom Tomatoes with super-seed pesto, Tomato Basil Soup with roasted Roma tomatoes, and Truffle Mushroom Fettuccine, showcasing locally sourced ingredients and artisanal cheeses.

Desserts also highlight local collaborations, including S’mores Belgian Waffles with salted caramel ice cream and Smashed Pavlova with strawberry cheesecake ice cream and passion fruit, prepared using locally crafted artisanal gelato.
