Il Gattopardo Presents Il Pranzo di Pasqua

Celebrate Easter in true Italian style at Il Gattopardo with Il Pranzo di Pasqua, a special edition of the beloved weekend Il Pranzo lunch on 4th and 5th April. This Easter, friends and families gather to indulge in the warmth of traditional flavours, soulful hospitality and a vibrant journey through Italy. Guests can also purchase a limited-edition hand-painted chocolate egg, returning this year in a stunning blue shade.

Guests are welcomed into Il Gattopardo’s elegant setting, designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán with Milanese elegance, Venetian charm and distinctive leopard motifs. The Easter edition begins with a crudo selection including Ricciola, yellowtail carpaccio with smoked tomato balsamic and datterino dressing and Seppie e Piselli, stuffed baby squid served with seasonal vegetables and a cannellini bean purée. 

The feast continues with freshly made Primi, served at the table, featuring Raviolo Erbe – egg yolk ravioli with ricotta, fresh spring herbs, parmesan cream and oven-baked Lasagna with black angus ragù. For Secondi, guests can select one main course served with traditional sides; options range from Agnello, a slow-roasted lamb leg with crispy courgette and reduced mint jus to Tagliata, Josper-grilled striploin with roasted Ratte potatoes. The lunch concludes with classic Italian desserts, including the timeless Tiramisu, crafted with ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and bold espresso.

Diners can elevate their afternoon with signature Italian cocktails from the classic Bellini alla Pesca to a refreshing Aperol Spritz with Italian sparkling wine. The experience is accompanied by a live DJ while guests can continue into the evening at Il Gattopardo’s sophisticated lounge, enjoying uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline – perfect for aperitivos and late-night celebrations.

In addition, guests can take home a limited-edition handmade Easter egg, available for purchase and pick-up at the restaurant. Crafted from dark milk chocolate and finished with pistachio croccanti, this special treat returns this year in a stunning hand-painted blue shade, perfect for celebrating Easter in style.
