BLUME Restaurant invites guests on a culinary journey with its Ramadan Iftar promotion, “Gatherings of the Silk Road.” Inspired by ancient caravan routes where travellers shared food and stories at sunset, BLUME became a modern oasis for reconnection.
Priced at AED 240 per person (minimum 2 guests), the curated menu is served from sunset until 8:00 PM. At BLUME Marina, the Iftar menu is exclusively offered during these hours, while BLUME Dubai Mall provides the option of both the Iftar feast and its full à la carte menu.
The journey begins with a lavish spread of traditional appetizers, including a Ramadan Bread Basket, Hummus, Labneh, and Grape Leaves. Hot starters feature delicacies such as Turkish Kol Boregi and Ichli Kofte. For the main course, guests can savour dishes like Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder and Ali Nazik, culminating in authentic desserts like Gullach and Umm Ali Pudding. The experience is complemented by traditional Serbet and Turkish Tea.
