The collaboration unites Purani Dilli’s Head Chef Mohammad Afzal Qureshi, known for his mastery of authentic North Indian flavours, with acclaimed Moroccan Head Chef Abderahim El Kamri, whose career spans luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and royal residences across Morocco, the Middle East, and Europe. Together, the chefs have crafted a menu that blends tradition, technique, and cultural storytelling.
Rooted in the values of generosity, togetherness, and hospitality that define Ramadan, the Iftar begins with traditional dates, Ramadan juices, and comforting soups such as Moroccan Harira and lentil soup. Guests can then explore an extensive buffet featuring a wide selection of hot and cold mezze, flavourful kebabs, and signature starters from both cuisines.
Highlights from the rotating menu include Moroccan favourites such as slow-cooked lamb ouzi, chicken couscous, tagines, chermoula-spiced seafood, and Arabic mixed grills, alongside beloved North Indian classics like butter chicken, mutton korma, dal makhani, biryanis, and freshly baked naan and roti. The experience concludes with an indulgent dessert spread featuring Arabic and Indian sweets, including kunafa, baklava, umm ali, rasmalai, panna cotta, and festive pastries.
