YUBI’s Next-Level Menu: New Elevated Handrolls, Bowls & Hot  Dishes

YUBI Handroll Bar welcomes the season with a refined menu update, introducing new categories and a broader selection of hot dishes designed to bring warmth, depth, and comfort to the table.

With the two new additions, YUBI continues to evolve while staying true to its core focus on quality, balance, and simplicity. “This winter-inspired menu brings more warmth and depth to what we do at YUBI, while staying true to clean flavours and quality ingredients,” says Chef Reif Othman.

The Basics places pristine seafood front and centre, celebrating delectable flavours and precise preparation. From buttery Hamachi to classic Sake, these handrolls highlight the purity of each ingredient, with the option to add caviar for an extra layer of indulgence.

Owan’s, the brand’s new bowl-focused category, introduces richer, more comforting dishes. Standout selections include the Otoro + Caviar BowlJapanese Wagyu + Caviar Bowl, and the SakeHamachi, Akami & Ikura Bowl. Each dish is created using premium ingredients and YUBI’s signature attention to detail.

The expanded hot dishes build on YUBI’s existing warm offerings, featuring Japanese comfort classics such as Chicken & Foie Gras GyozaWagyu Mazemen, and Tori Ramen, perfect for the cooler season.

Alongside these additions, the menu also welcomes lighter updates within existing sections, including the Kaiso Salad with green apple and walnut, bringing freshness and balance to the overall experience.
