Bar des Prés Celebrates Epiphany With Galette des Rois This January

Bar des Prés, located on the 51st floor, recognised as one of Dubai’s most-sought after dining destinations, marks the arrival of Epiphany with the Galette des Rois.

Epiphany, a cherished French custom, celebrates the arrival of the Three Kings,  bringing friends and family together in a shared ritual of chance and celebration. Under the direction of acclaimed Chef Cyril Lignac, Bar des Prés honours this timeless tradition by showcasing Lignac’s renowned pastry savoir-faire.

Designed for sharing, the Galette des Rois will be available for pre-order throughout January and featured as part of the sophisticated Business Lunch menu. Limited to 100 pieces, each galette reveals layers of golden, flaky pastry encasing a delicately balanced almond filling, finished with Oursons fève.

The season will open with a special Sunday Lunch on 11th January, an effortless afternoon defined by signature dishes and a seamless blend of French culinary tradition and Japanese precision. The occasion will be honoured with an XL Galette des Rois served in the traditional manner. Hidden within the galettes will be a single fève, and guests will be invited to choose their slice. The lucky guests who discover the fève will be named winners throughout the day and will each receive a voucher for a future dining experience at Bar des Prés.
