From 18th December onwards, COYA will be beautifully decorated, featuring its signature Peruvian-inspired Christmas tree as part of the festive ambiance.
Throughout the festive month, COYA’s à la carte and Luncheon menus will feature limited-edition dishes that can be enjoyed alongside its signature favourites. Guests may enhance their experience with Arroz con Pollo, featuring spatchcock chicken designed for two guests, or opt for a whole roasted chicken served with saffron rice, gem salad, and saffron velouté, available à la carte for AED 350. Additionally, this year, the Côte de Bœuf (800g) with Béarnaise sauce, truffle jus, and blooming onion is available for AED 580, complemented by festive accompaniments that bring a distinctive Peruvian twist to seasonal dining. Oysters will also be available throughout the festive period.
To end on a sweet note, COYA introduces its Festive Chocolate Gift Box, priced at AED 82 and available from 23rd December to 7th January, featuring raspberry ganache, hazelnut praline chocolate truffles, and Peruvian mallomars.
