Third Avenue Dubai Mall Unveils Its New Winter Menu Inspired By The Season’s Most Comforting Flavours

As the city welcomes cooler days and the return of The Dubai Fountain, Third Avenue, located in The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue, unveils its all-new Winter Menu — a collection of dishes that blend Mediterranean warmth with global influences, from sushi-style creations to refined comfort plates. Designed around creativity, craftsmanship, and flavour harmony, the new menu captures the essence of winter dining through soulful combinations and elegant simplicity.

Third Avenue’s culinary team presents a thoughtfully curated Winter Menu where Mediterranean flavours meet global influences. Signature highlights include the Short Rib Rice, an Asian-inspired creation slow-braised to perfection with layered depth and comforting richness; the Matcha Wagyu Sandos, blending tender wagyu with subtle Japanese notes; and the Glazed Lamb Cutlet, finished with a delicate caramelised glaze that captures the warmth of the season.

The menu’s global reach continues with a selection of sushi-inspired creations and Mediterranean favourites that celebrate freshness and balance. The Salmon Carpaccio stands out for its delicate presentation and light, citrus-infused profile — a dish that feels both modern and effortless. The Frutti Di Mare Pasta embodies the coastal spirit of the Mediterranean, combining shrimp, clams, and calamari with handmade pasta in a rich yet subtle sauce. Adding a refreshing contrast, the Corn Salad brings together sweet kernels, crisp textures, and herbaceous notes, rounding out the experience with brightness and warmth.

To end on a sweet note, desserts at Third Avenue embrace both comfort and craft. The Rose Milk Cake delivers a delicate balance of sweetness and fragrance, with layers soaked in rose-infused milk and finished with a soft, velvety texture that melts effortlessly on the palate. The Golden Kunafa, a contemporary take on a beloved regional classic, shines with crisp golden strands, a smooth creamy core, and subtle notes of saffron and honey — a fitting finale to a meal that celebrates flavour in every form.

Complementing the new dishes is a selection of handcrafted mocktails, including the Dark Spritz with strawberry, citrus, and charcoal; the Pearl of the Garden, a refreshing blend of pear and basil; and the Blue Cold Colada, a tropical mix of pineapple, grenadine, and coconut.

To mark the reopening of The Dubai Fountain, Third Avenue also invites guests to a limited Candlelight Dinner on the Terrasse, offering the Winter Menu in a romantic, candlelit setting overlooking Dubai’s most iconic view. With no minimum spend and a first-come, first-served seating policy, it promises an evening defined by warm hospitality and timeless scenery.
