Arrogante Dubai, the city’s vibrant Italian dining destination at Address Residences Dubai Opera, is set to celebrate Negroni Week 2025 (September 22–28) with a curated lineup of experiences that pay homage to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
In collaboration with Rinomato Bitters, Mancino Vermouth, and Portofino Gin, Arrogante will unveil a dedicated Negroni menu available all day throughout the week at Arrogante. Each cocktail will be priced at AED 65, allowing guests to savour reimagined twists on the timeless Negroni.
Negroni Week at Arrogante will feature three specially crafted cocktails, each priced at AED 65. Guests can enjoy the Classic Negroni, a refined blend of Portofino Dry Gin, Rinomato Scuro, Mancino Rosso, and Amaro Lucano. For a playful twist, the Love in Portofino combines Portofino Dry Gin, Rinomato Scuro, and Mancino Rosso with the subtle warmth of black pepper and a hint of orange jam. Adding an inventive edge, the Japanese Negroni pairs Junmai Daiginjo Sake with Rinomato Americano, Mancino Secco, shiitake, and hazelnut, offering a bold reinterpretation of the timeless classic.
To mark the occasion, Arrogante will host its first-ever Mix Masters guest shift on Wednesday, 24 September from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The exclusive aperitivo event will feature Danilo Pozone, Global Brand Manager of Rinomato, Mancino, and Portofino, who will craft a selection of premium Negronis for guests. Designed for both industry professionals and the Italian community in Dubai, the evening promises a convivial atmosphere infused with authentic Italian hospitality.
