Carefully crafted to delight the senses, The Artisan’s updated Business Lunch menu delivers an authentic journey through Mediterranean flavors. Begin with one of the sumptuous antipasti, such as the creamy Burratina in panzanella, paired with cherry tomatoes and crispy croutons, red onion, and basil, or the savory Montanaria Con Bufala e Pesto di Zucchine, featuring crispy fried pizza dough filled with creamy buffalo mozzarella and zucchini pesto. For freshness, savor the Carpaccio Di Salmone, a salmon carpaccio enhanced by lime, pink pepper, green apple, topped with mint oil and mascarpone cheese.
