Available throughout the week except Mondays, these three set menus start at AED 450 per person, offering an authentic and refined Yakiniku experience like no other.
Specially curated to cater to different levels of indulgence, the three-tiered set menus offer three distinct experiences such as the Akabeko Set, the Ultimate Set and the Signature Set. Combining exclusive dishes and the restaurant’s signature tabletop Yakiniku experience, each menu transports guests straight to Japan, bringing rich flavors for every palete.
Whether a first-time diner or a seasoned regular, the Akabeko Set is a perfect introduction to the restaurant and the Japanese culture of yakiniku. Priced at AED 450 per person, this 6-course beginner set features an appetizer platter with seasonal ingredients, an Akabeko Salad, a seasonal Miso Soup and a selection of 3 Wagyu cuts of the day. Guests can also choose between the Wagyu Curry, Wagyu Stew and Yuzu Ramen before concluding with the dessert selection of the day. (Dessert will be offered based on availability during the day.)
The Signature Set is priced at AED 700 per person and is a treat for meat lovers. Bringing the classic Japanese Yakiniku-style, this 10-course intermediate set features a seasonal Appetizer Platter, an Akabeko Salad, a Wagyu sushi set of the day, Negi-tan, seasonal Miso Soup, a selection of 3 Wagyu cuts of the day, Ribeye Suki, Yakiniku Don and Yuzu Ramen, finished off with some dessert for a sweet finish.
Designed for those seeking the finest ingredients and an elevated dining experience, the Ultimate Set blends premium ingredients such as Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Scallops, Truffle and Foie Gras to bring a Wagyu Yakiniku experience like no other. Priced at AED 950 per person, this 12-course expert set features a seasonal Appetizer Platter, an Akabeko Salad, a Golden Nigiri, an Akabeko Jewel Cup, a Negi Tongue Wrap, Thick-Cut Tongue, 2 secondary Wagyu cuts of the day, a Truffle Foie Gras Claypot Rice, a Prime Cut of the Day, Ribeye Suki, Katsu Temaki and a Truffle ice cream, to bring a sweet ending.
