The first fine-dining vegetarian restaurant has opened its doors in Dubai, taking Trèsind Studio’s former spot in the Voco Hotel. An intimate venue with only 24 seats, the degustation experience sees guests being served beautifully plated dishes crafted straight from chef Rahul Rana’s mind. With an emphasis on ‘clean, pure and energy-containing ingredients’, the light meals have been designed to leave you feeling good.
