Arrogante partners with Cut Caviar to launch an exclusive one-month collaborative menu, available from 11th December 2025 to 11th January 2026.
Bringing together Arrogante’s playful Italian identity with Cut Caviar’s contemporary caviar mastery, this collaboration introduces a culinary dialogue where two distinct worlds meet at the same table. The menu has been thoughtfully crafted as a shared expression of both brands’ philosophies: vibrant, expressive Italian cooking elevated by the precision, purity, and modern luxury of premium caviar.
Each dish has been co-created to spotlight Cut Caviar’s distinct character while embracing Arrogante’s ingredient-driven style — a creative synergy led by Executive Chef Koyi, the culinary force behind Salvaje Group Dubai. Since joining the group in 2024, Chef Koyi has shaped the evolution of both Salvaje Dubai and Arrogante Dubai with a perspective rooted in his Peruvian heritage and Japanese lineage. His experience in some of the world’s most respected kitchens, including Lima’s renowned Maido, has refined his mastery of precision, flavour layering, and contemporary technique. This global foundation allows him to reinterpret expressive, modern cuisine with confidence, guiding Arrogante’s collaboration with Cut Caviar into a bold yet polished culinary direction.
The journey continues with a saffron risotto built around Royal Baeri and Gambero Rosso tartare, before culminating in Cut Caviar Dubai’s signature creation revisited at Arrogante: the olive oil cheesecake crowned with Imperial Gold caviar and gold leaf.
The result is an inventive, polished, and quietly daring menu that balances refinement with creative confidence.
To inaugurate the collaboration, Arrogante will host an exclusive launch event on 11th December, inviting media and influencers for a first tasting of the menu. Set within Arrogante’s dynamic atmosphere, the evening will reflect the boldness of the partnership: spirited, refined, and unmistakably modern.
