Umai takes diners on a trip through Asia, offering dishes from Japan, China, Thailand and other countries with maki and nigiri sushi, sashimi, barbecue duck buns, charcoal-grilled black cod teriyaki, tempura, spring rolls, pad thai and more on the menu.
But the food doesn’t just provide an amazing meal – their preparations also serve as dinner entertainment. The restaurant’s open-plan kitchen means you can get up close and personal with the culinary action at the sushi bar and teppanyaki grill. Good stuff, indeed.
