On the menu at ZETA Seventy Seven, guests can expect an a la carte offering of Asian-inspired dishes curated by executive chef Ruediger Lurz that includes perfectly plated sushi, as well as signature dishes like iced oyster, Wagyu sirloin and miso lobster. A minimum spend policy is in place for lunch, dinner and the cabanas: there’s an AED 700 minimum spend on tables of up to 4 from 10am until 5pm, which increases to AED 1,000 from 6pm onwards.
